This team may also have sub teams (made up of 2-3 individuals each) that have talents and expertise in the areas of electrical, plumbing/heating/cooling, architecture and general construction. This team could develop most of the initial plans and present those plans to a professional design firm for final details.
5 - 2nd Avenue artifact team – This team will be made up of congregation members having a sense of what to keep and incorporate into a new building, what to save from the demolition process for resale (or reuse) later. This team will not only identify items or artifacts, but also will research the best ways to store the artifacts.
6 – 40th Avenue property inventory team. This team will document all items at the 40th avenue property. From the inventory listed, we can identify items to be sold along with the property and items to be moved to our 2nd avenue property.
