Ginnie and her family joined Faith Lutheran in 2001. She and husband, Allan, live in Casselton and have two adult children, Sara and Eric. Allan is employed by RDO in Casselton.
Primary duties on staff include management of accounts payable, contributions and monthly payroll, maintaining the master calendar, supervision of front office staff and volunteers, responsibility for all publications including weekly bulletin and newsletter.
Along with her full time duties on the staff, Ginnie volunteers extensively in many different ministry areas at Faith Lutheran and Journey in Faith.

David Hove is our Parish Administrator. David is responsible for serving the congregation by providing the daily oversight of the church operations including finance, personnel and. …more

David supervises the office staff and works directly with the pastors, program staff and administrative teams to help maintain and develop the congregation’s growth and future vision. David has a background of 30 plus years in hospital administration, most recently as Vice President of Sanford Health Network in Sioux Falls. Over his career, he ran hospital and nursing home facilities in Jackson and Park Rapids, Minnesota and Hillsboro, North Dakota. David comes to us with a Bachelor’s Degree in business from NDSU. While attending NDSU, he also completed the hospital administration program at Concordia College. He received his Masters Degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. David was raised South of Fargo near Christine, North Dakota. His wife, Linda, was raised in Arthur, North Dakota. David and Linda have two adult children. David states, “I am very excited about the opportunity to be the Parish Administrator at Faith/Journey and look forward to working with the pastors, staff, administrative teams, and members.” Stop in and introduce yourself to David!

Rachel Coen-Tuff joined the Faith Lutheran staff in August 2016, as Faith Formation Director. …more
Rachel’s primary ministries are:
- GIFT (Generations in Faith Together): Our Christian Education ministry for families with children age 4-grade 6
- Head to the Heart (H2H): Our confirmation ministry for students in grades 7-9
- Faith Stepping Stones: Our ministry that marks milestones in the faith life of young people, while equipping their parents with Christian parenting tools
Rachel graduated from Luther Seminary in St. Paul Minnesota with her masters degree in Children, Youth and Family Ministry. Rachel’s hometown is Grand Forks, North Dakota, and is a 2011 college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. Before entering seminary, she participated in the ELCA program Youth Adults in Global Mission, serving in England, in a town called Ashton-in-Makerfield. During her time in England, Rachel worked in a Church of England Church doing youth work for children and youth ages 6-16.
Kory is a life-long member of the West Fargo community and Faith Lutheran. He has been employed at Faith Lutheran since 2005. …more
Kory’s extensive knowledge of the church building is due in part to many years of volunteer involvement on the Property Board and various building committees.
Married to Rhonda, with two children, River and Brooke.
Kory is responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the building and grounds. He supervises part time custodial staff, purchases supplies for the building, coordinates major repair projects and does all that is possible to ensure the safety of children, parishioners and church staff.

She has been a member of the church since 2008 along with her husband, Bob and children, Marie and Jamie. The family resides in West Fargo and loves to go camping in the summers!

Contemporary Music Coordinator
Eldon Johnson is a performing singer/songwriter who has been playing music professionally since he was in his teens. …more
He has co-produced and released two independent albums, “Down The Road” and “The Other Side,” with the latter being released in 2009. He has been the Contemporary Music Coordinator at Faith Lutheran since 2007, in addition to continuing his independent music career. Eldon also has his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and is a Certified Spinal Specialist. He is an Owner and Partner with RehabAuthority Physical Therapy, with 15 clinics in Idaho and 3 clinics in North Dakota. He is the Regional Director for the ND clinics.
Eldon is married to Amy, and they have two children together, Isaac and Clara. He also has a step-son, Jacob. When he’s not enjoying being with his family, and when he manages to find spare time, Eldon likes to exercise, watch/play sports of all kinds, and is a self-proclaimed movie junkie.
Journey Worship Band Coordinator
Music has always been Dan’s favorite hobby, but he never had the time to do anything too serious with it. After his kids …more
grew up he found himself with some extra time so he went back to school and recently completed a music degree at Concordia College in Moorhead. With a love for music and worship Dan began sharing his gifts as the Journey Worship Band Coordinator at Journey in Faith, Fall 2012. It has been wonderful to be a part of that ministry as it continues to grow.
Currently Dan is teaching Math & Computer Science at Concordia. He attended: Concordia College studying Physic and Math, Luther Seminary, studying Theology, and NDSU studying Computer Science. He grew up in International Falls, MN.
He has 6 children and currently has 6.7 grandchildren but this last number is rapidly changing.
Dan also tends to be an outdoor recreation fanatic enjoying a wide variety of such activities like canoeing or kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, inline skating, cross-country skiing, and even more crazy things like wind-surfing and rock climbing. Most of his summers are spent working with Voyageurs Lutheran Ministry where he fills a variety of roles, such as worship and music leader, tie-dye guy, fix-it guy, etc.
Vicki plans all worship services at Faith site, oversees music, arts and environment and serves

She has been the organist and keyboard player since 1990 and the part-time Worship Coordinator since 2005. Vicki was the choir pianist from 1995-2007. Other items of interest:

- Foster parent for 32 years with various agencies in Illinois, Minnesota and North Dakota
- Active with the Sister Parish Committee that serves Faith/Journey in Faith
- Serves on EaND Synod Hunger and Justice Committee
- Married to Pastor Peter Schmidt, has three married adult children and four beautiful
- Enjoys creative writing, music, travel, photography, and playing with grandchildren
